Noreen brings many years of both playing and coaching experience to the program.  She was a standout high school softball player at Northbridge High School athlete and a 4-year collegiate softball starting player with American International College (AIC) in Springfield, MA.  Her professional coaching resume includes the Junior Varsity Head Coach of Northbridge High School and head coaches for travel teams the Uxbridge Flames and Uxbridge Utes before joining the Central Mass Thunder in 2010.

Since joining the Central Mass Thunder Softball program in 2010, Noreen has head coached at all age level, U10 - U18 Showcase and is currently the Co-Director of the entire program.  She is currently coaching a U18 Showcase team for the 2022 season.
